SKIN 1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner

A gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to help exfoliate dead skin cells and is suitable for sensitive skin. Blended with Niacinamide for effective brightening action. It is also infused with Adenosine for an anti-wrinkle effect.
