The Isntree Ultra-Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Toner is formulated with deep sea water from the Ulleung Island of South Korea. The mineral rich formula along with 14 types of hyaluronic acid help to hydrate and retain moisture in the skin and build up the skin barrier.
