Order processing Deadlines
If all items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday, except holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff times will begin to process the next business day.
Shipping

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address. The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. 

What are the delivery costs in UAE?

There are two Shipping methods

Standard Shipping

Orders within UAE are shipped free of cost for orders over 250AED, below this there is a 20AED shipping and handling charge which can not be waived off. Orders will be processed and delivered within 1 - 3 Business days*.

Same Day Delivery

  • Currently Same day delivery is available in Dubai only.
  • The orders need to be placed before 4 pm to get them on the same day.
  • Same-day delivery is not available during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

What are the charges for same-day delivery in Dubai?

  • For orders below AED250, there is a flat charge of AED30 for the Same Day Delivery else AED20 for standard delivery.
  • For orders above AED250, there is a flat charge of AED10 for the Same Day Delivery else free of charge for standard delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs are displayed upon checkout to your country. Please ensure you have all the necessary details filled in for it to give you the right shipping charges. All international orders need to be paid by Credit card online or you can contact our customer team to pay through PayPal.

We offer free international delivery on orders above AED400 to Saudi and Kuwait.

Are there any extra charges for Cash on Delivery in UAE?

  • We don't charge extra for Cash On Delivery.
Cancellations
Glamazle prides itself on the timely delivery of your beauty products and so long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be canceled. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via emailing us at customer@glamazle.com.
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order. However, if the order is canceled once shipped, such customer account will get blocked for future cash on delivery orders.
Promotions
All promotions comes with certain terms and conditions during its validity. Promotions can not be combined with any other promotions.
We dont do any cash giveaway promotions, kindly beware of such scams.
VAT

Effective 1 January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on all orders sold and shipped within UAE.

  • Products on the website are shown excluding VAT.
  • The 5% VAT will be added to Grand Total at the CHECKOUT.
WISHLIST
You can easily keep track of your most loved products or the products you want to try by clicking on the heart icon next to any item. You can access Wish List from all of your devices by signing into your account and going to the My Account page. Once there, click on “WishList” in the left navigation bar.
Payment Options

There are three main options for payment:

  • Free Cash on Delivery (within UAE)
  • Credit Card Online
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Now Pay Later (3 interest-free installments).

You are free to use any payment method to place an order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We use secure payment facilities for online credit card purchases and all the information and the details stored with the customer's permission are encrypted and fetched directly by the payment gateway .

Can I use foreign cards?

  • We do accept foreign credit cards.
Damaged Item

We endeavor to package items as securely as possible.

  • Please report any damages within a reasonable timescale to our customer service team. You can reach us over email or WhatsApp with attached images of the damaged unit.
  • Please do not dispose of any item(s) until you have a response from our side.
Wrong Item

We apologize for sending the wrong item and we will try to fix it at the earliest.

Please report to our customer service team. You can reach us over email or Whatsapp on the day of delivery of the goods.

  • Kindly send us the image of the item received against the invoiced item.
  • It's convenient if you can either email or WhatsApp the image of the wrong item to the customer service team so the right item can be shipped out without any delay.
